FLANK STEAK
- 2 pounds flank steak
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Marinate for at least 4 hours (can marinate for up to 10 hours).
Broil or grill for 10-12 minutes on each side.
Slice in thin strips.
